Program Overview

Our 12-week system focuses on improving arm health, movement quality, and velocity through weekly targeted sessions.


Perfect for pitchers and position players wanting to develop power without sacrificing longevity.

Week 1: Test Week

Players establish their baseline metrics:

  • Arm strength & mobility
     
  • Mechanical efficiency
     
  • Initial velocity readings
    This allows us to measure improvement throughout the program.

Weekly Training Structure

 

Each week includes two targeted training days:


Day 1: Connection Work (Mon - Wed)


Focus: Mechanics & movement quality

  • Patterning drills
     
  • Connection-based throwing work
     
  • Efficient sequencing
     
  • Improving consistency and repeatability
     

Day 2: Velo Work ( Wed - Fri)


Focus: Power & throwing speed


  • Controlled high-intent throwing
     
  • Explosive lower-half & rotational work
     
  • Progressive velocity programming
     
  • Safe, structured intensity building
